Is it possible to upgrade extra memory fpr msx2+ sony machines (intern). and what is the maximum memory u can built in the sony msx2+ system?

From what I can tell MSX Engine chip isn't there, just tonns of discrete ICs. If is certainly possible, just like NMS8250, but I don't know anyone who did it.
