What parts of VRAM (multiport DRAM) used with v9990 videoprocessor?

Hardware MSX sites content only scanned application manual for v9990 (4.7Mb). I can't find real datasheet of v9990 on net. I interest for hardware design datasheet or scheme of devboard!

he where are does extra wires for? Extra grounding?

CHRV, I think forum member sunrise can help you. They made GFX9000. Just make sure he is aware that you are building expansion for ZX Spectrum, since he may get a wrong idea that you're trying to build MSX device and compete with msx.ch
