Hi!

Has somebody received the MSX T-shirts? I'm still waiting...
Is the last time I buy something from the MRC.

heyah msxkun, as I just mailed you ,almost an entire batch of shirts was "lost in space" somewhere at the Dutch Post office. I have sent you a second parcel, but given the fact that the shirts were shipped quite cheaply (read: no priority) it can take quite a while before the shirts actually arrive at your house. Even Whizzy has received his shirt now I'm confident yours will arrive as well. Hang in there bro!

Hi Sander

Just mailed you before. All I'm trying to say (during my second day off in weeks) is you can't blame the MRC for the postal services losing a parcel. Next time when we are going to distribute physical products, we will choose a more efficient and secure shipping method, but this will of course have its effect on the shipment pricing (which was rather rediculously low this time ^_^).

Thanks for your patience, please let us know when your shirts have arrived. I want to see pictures on this one

moral of the story: don't go cheap on postage when it concerns customers...

Where did you read we went "cheap" on the postage BiFi? Because we didn't. You just assume that because Snout said the shipment pricing was (quoting) "rediculously low". Does that say we "went cheap" on postage? No. You're drawing wrong conclusions.

The shirts were sent by regular mail. That's not cheap, but not expensive also. The postal services losing 10% of a shipment is not something 'normal'. That's out of the ordinary. But we could have insured the shipment by adding another ~8 euro to the shipping costs. In my opinion that's ridiculous for a 10 euro shirt. (12,50 if you bought it after pre-order).

Oh and the reason why Snout said "rediculously low" has nothing to do with the actual shipping costs, but with the P&P costs paid by the customer. Because the customers actually paid less then P&P really costs as MRC shared in those costs. Now that's "going cheap" isn't it?
