Tonight, my 8833 started to give up. After being on for a few minutes, the picture turned dark very quickly. Since the problem recurred, I plugged it out and took down an 8533 from my shelf.
While the 8533 looks good, it has a big problem; I get no RGB! In fact, I don't get any composite video either, unless I unplug the SCART connector.
Is this a "feature" of the 8533 or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, I did, several times. In RGB mode, all I get is a yellow screen. On the other hand, I get composite picture both on SCART and CVBS inputs.
