i want to use my msx as phone in living room. is there any good modem and software for msx systems..

Like the pc modem (two built in rj 11 ports, line in and line out) does it excist also for msx modems?

Modems for MSX exist indeed. Philips and Microtechnology types were very popular. MSX and datacommunications were a good combination. Once, especially the first years after the commercial death and before the rise of the internet the MSX BBS scene was a huge movement, with also the BBS running on a MSX.
MSX modems were 1200/75 (for e.g videotex, now long forgotten) and 1200/1200 baud. Faster is possible with a rs232 interface in the MSX and an external modem. So sending and receiving data via a modem is possible. Not much used though lately, MSX modems and printers on fairs are usually thrown away at the end, nodbody wants one.

What you want, using a MSX as phone, is not available for MSX. MSX modems do not have the wave in/output required for that.
