That's not an MSX, but a laptop which uses similar word-processing software as in the Panasonic WSX machines.

Well i got an 14" tft screen laying around.......... it was a display unit of an radar/chart plotter in full color ofcourse  |

That's a start. Now you only need the keyboard, the case, the power supply, the diskdrive, the cartridge slots, ... ;-)
