I'm still very busy with it (you can see there's still no "buy me" button or even an english page, everything in Portuguese) but you can check my newest PC game called "Virtual Marbles" (Bola de Gude in portuguese) at http://icongames.com.br (click on "Jogos" and then on "Bola de Gude"
Not MSX-related directly (well it is, because it keeps me from msx-coding hehehe) but I would like to hear what you guys think about the game (there's a demo on the page!)
Cheers! |

Heheh, no it will not be available for MSX
The engine I used was Blitz3D - after trying Crystal Space, Ogre, IrrLicht, Fly3D and a couple of others, Blitz3D was the one I could get the "visual" I wanted on the marbles (which I could get also on pure OpenGL, but then creating a full engine and the game in a year's work would be pretty much impossible).
Although it's only a DX7 engine, the results can get pretty good and the game runs very well on a relatively old hardware
Thanks for all your comments |

Oh, and don't think I left MSX development, I still have some games to finish here and others waiting on the line to get started |

But, if you used plain openGL, the game would have run on other OS's as well! |

What about a 2D version to be developed for MSX2?
