i don´t remember the title . The game is about conquest of equine jumps. You can make the path and the obstacles.

If you are talking about the tape version, it is named in Europe "Grand National". I think that the original version is in cart and both are by Ponyca (Pony Canyon).
Now I don't remember the name in japanese.

If it goes around a jumping conquest it must be "Harvey Smith's Showjumper"...
