The MSX-LOGO by Philips, created by Logo Computer Systems Inc. is a excellent learning tools.
As a computer language it is efficient and well documented.
It would be almost a ideal deal for introduce little children's to the computer world.
More professional software would be great!
Imagine the MSX with a lot of computer programs to learn.

Nice link!
Dr. Papert should be well know for LOGO ...
[It's the name written in the books and sites]
Anyway, a cartridge is easier to play. Just need a MSX computer with keyboard and a TV. Some cool examples and with some time this could be a amazing experience! The MSX had a lot of potential. It is a good thing that there are some nice cartridges for MSX computers!

Niles, when did you change your posting with the very long link? Is there now more time to do changes?

Some moderator (not me this time ) replaced your long eBay link with a much shorter one, using the phpBB [ url ] tags (but then without the spaces, of course). It's our custom to mod these long links, as they tend to screw up the site layout on lower resolutions.
Users have a (I believe, at least) thirty-minute timespan to edit their post after they placed it. Afterwards, only mods and admins can change the content of the post. |

Is that cartridge based Logo written in machine code?
And is it any good?
How many LOGOs there are for MSX? (please state for which model they are made for, MSX or MSX2)
I once bought LOGO cassette, I do remember it was Kuma´s and programmed by english Knight Computers and it was programmed in 100% BASIC, so it takes lot of time to calculate where to draw lines.
Also it was buggy! I remember that doing certain thing crashed the program back to Basic. And manual missed some things too, so I can´t do everything I want as manual doesn´t tell HOW to do it!!! Or... do I remember wrongly? Was it so, that there was error in manual and if I typed certain thing from manual, program crashed!!! aaaarhhhg!!!!!
