Please take a look at this page:
http://office-dsan.hp.infoseek.co.jp/emsx/dkong_emsx.htm

Questions:
- How this guy put his dirty hands into a MSX-on-a-chip board?
- How did he got the specs to program on that?
- WHAT THAT MSX2 BOOT SCREEN IS DOING THERE?!?!?! Wasn't that run only in MSX1 mode?!
- Where can I get one?

Greetz from Brazil!

1) Several prototypes were sent to active MSX users around the world.

2) As with the final product, necessary VHDL code and software comes with the job

3) As you could have spotted about 4 months ago, the One Chip MSX is MSX2 compatible by default.

4) At Bazix, in the future.

Yes, Manuel Pazos has for example a OCM which runs very well MSX-2 and emulates FM PAC and SCC. Space Mambow ran perfectly and for example DK from Team Bomba finished the game in the OCM at last BCN RU.

Alexandre, watch my photos of last BCN RU at http://perugorria.unlugar.com

Yours,

PS: Hope it will NOT be only a impressive prototipe.

Space Mambow, as we all know, is a Space Manbow with an extra leg.
It exists only when there's no BiFi around and instantly covers its extra leg as soon as a BiFi approaches, making it look like a Space Manbow. And so, no BiFi will ever get to see a real Space Mambow...

What about the very rare edition : Space Wambow .... ? There should be only one copy, hidden somewhere in the house of a wellknown Dutch MSX fan

So, in fact AuroraMSX should've been AuroraNSX all that time then?

mars2k: actually Wammes called the game 'Space Mambo', which was in fact the working title of the game @ Konami's for quite a while. Wammes actually claims to have a beta-version with a Mambo title-screen, but has failed to show the evidence as of yet

A real saga ... as it often the case with the Konami games !

So many things for a future book written by BiFi ... Title work could be 'All the tips, secrets and legends of the MSX Konami games'
