.ro: you explicitly requested for an .avi!! NAGGER!! See: http://www.msx.org/X-Tazy-introdemo-1.2.newspost3687.html
Also, this AVI is encoded with the MS MPEG-4 v 2 codec, so it should work on your fooking Windoze box.
Anyway, you obviously don't understand a thing about video formats MPEG/AVI are just container formats... It's the codec that matters. |

Darn, I did... fuck me bad.
I dunno darn shit about video formats, codecs and all that crap (I could, but not gonna bother myself with more knowledge... need more input) But I do know how to watch'm. just like driving my freaking car, if it's broke I'll bring it to the auto repair shop. Not gonna bother myself, dunno crap about cars only that they cost me money.
What I do know (notice) about avi vs mpeg is that the latter ALWAYS (well almost always eh) runs on whatever machine I get my hands on... AVI mostly sucks, if it runs at all. It's my EXPERIENCE in using/viewing (not viewing) any vid format. And Avi ain't my fave.... can't believe I asked for it tho... man, I must have been sober that day!
Ahwell, manuel, this one's on you then. FOR ONCE I admin

Note: One weird thing is that Microsoft's MPEG-4 is NOT actually MPEG-4! The codecs were developed before the MPEG-4 standard was agreed upon, and Microsoft assumed that the MPEG-4 that they developed would be become the standard MPEG-4. Well, it didn't, which is the main reason why the codec's name was changed to Windows Media in later versions.
* still didn't find a codec that'll replay that darn vid ..... (at work at the moment, no divx etc.)

at this site: www.videolan.org/
you can download VIDEOLAN : {short url, in order to stop BiFi from having a seizure}Its a videoreplayer which has build in codecs.
It has all the standard codecs, and a lot extras,
It plays all the regular videos out on the web.
For really strange formats you can easily download codecs for it.
It has the ability to play subtitles,
And after installation you could even copy the whole directory videolan is installed in
and put this on another computer.
It runs without installing.
What I like to do is, burn dvds with movies and burn the videolan directory on the dvd as well.
Then you know that you can watch the movie anywhere, no codecs needed.
Try before buy !!

camtasia is a program that lets you record your desktop
every mouse movement, every visible aspect
if you play video, it will record it,including streaming video WMV and everything you imagine.
That is how software tutorials are made too using video.
I'd say google for it, friends of mine use it to record streaming concerts etc.
This also means you can record any MSX emulator as well,
sound and video .
