if you scroll down at the news at http://www.insertcredit.com/ a bit, you'll notice that msx.org was actually faster with news on at least 2 occasions (the valis mobile phone game, which was reported here about a year ago, and the existence of the new company called "Compile Heart". This in reaction to insertcredit's somewhat bragging about "news you won't be finding on any other sites".
However, they have some additional interesting information about the recently formed company Compile Heart. Apparantly they're developing a new puyo puyo-like game (just like Aiky did, apparantly), and they are indeed related to the old Compile.
I personally won't be that much interested until they're making another Zanac or Aleste type game, though

Or another Rune Master! Imagine one with awesome graphics and more weapons and stuff and online play.

Or another Gun-Nac, Golvellius, etc. IMHO, Compile went bankrupt just like SNK. A company with a single kind of game.
