They are reliable. You may want to send another e-mail to Rob to ask what's happening. Note that shipping can take a few days and payment receiving also takes time, and Rob also has a life outside of Sunrise...

Wow, thanks manuel for the support. I get always the feeling-especially the last few weeks- that Sunrise is or has to be a commercial company.
We havenot the intention to that ,so ...
But even commercial companies work that not fast even.

sunrise: maybe it helps if you give small progress updates like a 1-liner email saying: "OK, I received the money" or "OK, I shipped the item", etc. Then people know what's going on. But it takes you some extra time to do that, indeed.... might give too much overhead.

Thanks for the replies but considering you can see my original post on Aug 11 from when I paid to to today, Aug 24, that's almost 2 weeks without any kind of correspondence.

Yes, I am waiting for an email.....to recap, I originally went to the Sunrise site and filled out the form to buy it but there was no reply for a week so I posted on here looking for MLS but Rob says that they have it so I paid immediately and today, I have no game and less money to show for it.
