AFAIK, Rob has hardly control over the maintenance of the web site (or has it improved now?) and there's not a smooth communication between the maintainer of the site and Rob. Anyway, Rob can tell you more about it, if you want.

Well Sunrise can be quite slow in some cases.(speaking about own experience.) Specially with reacting e-mails. However in my case they allways got the job done. Give them some time it will show up.

I can remember when my moonsound was upgraded to 1MB Sunrise was not slow at all. E-mails where answered within 1 day, and the upgrading went fast too.

Everyone gets what he is waiting for as simple as that.
I have better things to do than Sunrise , commercial companies as said are sometimes even slower
