For the yearly Retro Remakes competition, we made a new remake: The Goonies - 20th anniversary edition. Anyone feels like giving it a try and posting fanmail/blackmail/reactions here? I think the team would much appreciate any feedback you have!

Oh, and yes, we know it's not perfect yet, so we will probably release a few versions now that the deadline for the competition has passed. And let's hope we can do better than 7th and 13th place this time

LOL, I watched the goonies last weekend.. man, that was, and still is a great movie!

funny thing as well is that on the road from home to work, there's a house that looks very much like the "goonies house" .. I decided I want to own it someday

downloading the windows version now, but THANKS for making an OSX version. I'll try that at home!

Wow!

If you ask me, it almost looks like Konami itself remade it!

I love the way the player character (Mr. Sloth!) is drawn!

Also, I think the music's arrangement is done more than good!

On the computer I'm using, it appears to run too slow, but I did get a decent view of it, I will try it on a faster computer (although I presumed this one is pretty fast... Guess not.)

But I must say:

Great stuff!!! You guys, you just made my day!!!
