So you should use MegaSCSI software to use it.

Tried, sform-2.com gives out the message:
" Something error happened!
... abort formatting "

For me too works, but only first 22 Mb.

What is the size of your card? 32MB?
Be sure you select "FAT" and not "FAT32" or whatever when you format the card on PC.
You don't need to use CP and/or partitions, since OCM supports FAT16. I tested 16MB, 256MB, 1GB and 2GB SD cards and they work without problem.

128 and 256 MB, FAT16 formated, but the system sees only first 22 MB.

Perhaps, like with the CF interface, there are some cards that simply don't work well? Although I have not experienced any problems with either CF on MSX or SD on OCM myself it might be a cause. What brand and type of SD card are you currently using?

I use cards of TRANSCEND and KINGSTON.
I do not think that in this case reason in the manufacturer of cards.
The card works, but its accessible volume is set by system.
By the way, whether is MSXDOS restriction on the size partition.
By the utility cp.com, the size of sections at emulation FD, gets out of a number:
720 KB, 1,44MB, 2.88MB, 5.76MB, 11.52MB and 23.04MB
Last number also is that size, which is given out by system in my case.

Are you using the COMMAND2.COM supplied with the OneChip?

The CF card that caused my problems with IDE was made by Trancend. It was very strange. FAT12 partitions seemed to be working, but FAT16 partitions did not work. When I changed the card to SanDisk everything started to work.

CF cards can be very strange. I have one who refuses to act as a slave device. It only works as master.

That put aside, any other hardware device than the OCM itself might (at the end of the day) not exactly act the same as the OCM.
