Eh? So first you tell me to get lost, accuse me of not answering your questions, doubt my right intentions, suggest I am prejudiced and then when I ask you to talk things over you just "forget it and leave it to a difference of opinion"? You know what? If you think this settles things, that's fine by me. I'm quite through with this ridicilous conversation. The offer to talk things through by phone still stands though.

I remind you that this specific person complains on MRC within a very short while and that that isnot reasonable
Straight you tell me what I have to do without taking this into account reffering to a law .
That is interference ,since you cannot see what I answer and in what period ,so how can you indicate that Iam braking soem rules

'Sunrise', please just call me. You are not making much sense anymore and I think you'll understand me much better when we talk on the phone.

I'm sorry by my post, but the order that you recive was the second. First I sent for 8 or 9 days ago.

I known that Sunrise for MSX is not a company for that reason I have write post in MRC.

I'm sorry again.

Sorry for my bad english

After waiting for 8 or 9 days, I would also get my doubts. From whatever organisation it would be. 24 Hours is a bit on the short side, especially taking Christmas into account, but 8/9 days?
But I expect him to have tried contacting Sunrise before posting here though...

After all, this place is called "MRC", not "Sunrise", sunrise has a point when he complains about seeing his own business being displayed here out in the open..

I am glad that we are no ebay. It seems I missed his first message.
@TFH , you are really an optimist. If you order something elsewhere there are really commercial companies who are even worse , and than even not talking about delivery times.

Dear Rob,

I order a lot on the internet, and I know that if I haven't heard from a website for 8/9 days, I will cancel the order and the payment without hesitation. But I must admit I have almost never had this issue, thank God.
Sorry, 8/9 days is simply not done.

It seems that people cannot respect my nickname and cannot read unfortunately.
I have not seen the first message of 8/9 days ago ,so nagging about that is no subject. What would be cause I donot know simplY
And especially assuming that there is/was paid 9 days ago is also not true.
Purely speculation.
But the customer had mailed me that I helped him out now.

@wolf :thanks for understanding , finally a 'webmaster' who knows how to deal with this kind of posts

Dear Sunrise,

Sorry for not respecting your nickname, that's my bad...
As for reading, maybe you should take some lessons as well: I never said that this guy already paid you. I only told you what I would have done in such a case. I never said Pypo already paid, or if I did: Please give me quote proving I did, or stop putting words into my mouth.

But instead of playing the "slachtoffer" here, you should just excuse yourself for missing the first mail (not here of course, but I guess you already did that.) and tell your customer you will put everything in to work to handle his order as good as possible (already done that as well, I guess). And beside that, also take a look at your orderhandling/website, but from what I understood you are already working on that.

You are ofcourse right, but on the other hand: nowhere on the Sunrise for MSX site is stated where to send an e-mail to. The only addresses I could find where on the members list and the distributors list. And then you still don't know which one to use if you ordered from the site...

That's right, but one could just ask one little line.. "what's the sunrise email address?". The issue is a bit complicated, as there seems to be information lacking at the sunrise website, while at the same time MRC is no "private-business-issues-place", or at least, it's better if we're not.
In any case, as far as I know the issue has been solved. so I guess we can let this thread fade away into history now..

[edit]

otoh, I count 4 email-addresses at the sunrise website, one related to paypal, and the other 3 in the profiles. At least one could try them all..

Is there any news about the upcoming Ethernet adaptor from Sunrise? I appreciate that you are busy people, but want to say thank you for your continuing support for MSX, after all where would we be without you?
