By the way, is Aleph a company or a person? If company, is it really an official company? Did it make more MSX soft?

In truth, Aleph is the publisher of Gradiente's books. The manufacturer was Gradiente, one of the MSX manufacturers in Brazil, together with Epcom (Sharp).
BTW manuel, I did not forget about your dumps. The problem now is with the disks or the turbor drive. Do you know a way to have those dumps on a Sony HB-700 or a Philips NMS8080?? That would solve the problem of the TurboR. I think those machines do not a similar pause button to insert the carts!

You don't need a pause button to insert carts... Just slam them in fast.... But note that there is always a risk of short-circuiting, so please be careful. Using a slot-expander with switches or a cartridge to boot from that can go to basic is safer.
About Aleph: so, someone at Aleph programmed that demo?

That's what I said, you risk short-circuit.

Hey, how about that? I can put a video grabbing cart which does anything. And the cart which I want to dump in the secondary slot. The machine will read the second cart or will read the first and go to basic??

The first cart has to take over control and stop the slot searching process. THen you have to go to basic from that cart. If not, it will return to the searching routine in the BIOS and that one will find the second cart and start it.
