It seems to be a party dedicated to 8-bit music Synthpop and Electro. I read about it in some magazine, and it sounded pretty interesting. I looked it up and saw MSX pinksox pictures where used for the flyers.

Any MSX'ers going there!?

How well is Studio80 reachable by public transport?

Studio80 is very reachable. It's on the Rembrandtsplein, just oposite of a tramstop (I think it's at least Tram 9 that comes there, but a lot of others will stop there too)

So, it's very reachable. I've been to Studio80 for a goth party (Rembrandtsplein IS an odd place for that...) and the venue is nice; 2 large rooms, with the 2nd one having a nice louncy upper floor.

It's a bit weird the Flyer is so MSX, but it doesn't mention MSX anywhere! (pokes Poke -1,170 )


One of my Synthpop friends was quite lyrical when I said Goto80 was going to play in Amsterdam, so I think that's enough recommedation. It's just that I'll be stuck in Amsterdam, but that may be fixable.
