As you maybe know, AY (PSG) music was very popular on ZX Spectrum in Russia. Some years ago one man, Alone Coder, has started to make list of the AY music composers. At start it was only ZX Spectrum/russian authors list, later other platforms and countries was added. At now, list maintained by Sergey Bulba (author of well-known AY Emulator and Vortex Tracker II) and contain records about 1104 compositors on ZX, and 96 on other platforms. But there is almost no information about MSX composers in this list.

It seems that PSG music was not very popular on MSX (because more advanced sound hardware was available), but I think, some compositors exists anyway, as PSG-trackers for MSX exists too.

So, I offer to make list of MSX PSG composers, to include it in AY Composers List, and, maybe, to make a part of MSX Composers List, which can be created later.

'Composer' status definition: at least one finished PSG-only music track. Copy-music makers (which create PSG-versions of popular music) and professional composers (i.e., Konami composers) are allowed.

Form of information is author nick/handle (maybe, more than one), demogroup(s) (if he is member of such groups), real name and country/city (if known), +short additional information (if known, it can be names of games, diskzines, or other, where music of this composer was used).

At now, I know only two PSG composers:

Joyrex, Desire in Envy, Vincent van Dam (music in MSX Unleashed demo)
Manuel Pazos (music in PSG demo)

Can you add more entries?

AY Composers List v4.11 available here: http://bulba.at.kz/AYComposersList.7z (unfortunately in 7z archive and contain comments in russian only. I hope, later it will be more international)

The credits of the music I used in PSG Demo must go to "Black Groove". The title of the song is "Childs party"

Partly true, another aspect is that the trackers we used sucked. While I'm no VT2 user, a few other MSX'ers do use that. So only recently, and thanks to efforts made on another computer, there might be a tiny PSG boost in the MSX scene.

Maybe PSG is not very good, but both Tetris and Titanic, for instance, have great PSG tunes.
