Something's going wrong with the formatting in this forumthread:

System: Debian/GNU Linux
Browser: Iceweasel 2.0.0.3 (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070310 Iceweasel/2.0.0.3 (Debian-2.0.0.3-1))

Wolf_ teh f1xx0r.

iirc there was a {/quote} ( where {} = []) directly trailing a link. I guess that fubar'ed it.

Mr bacardi missed a closing QUOTE tag. I guess the board code can't quite handle that yet.

It's because of the fact, that the above written /quote is handled as a part of the URL. Usually the forum engine recognizes, if a closing-quote is missing and closes the table in the correct way. But in this case it seems, that it already thinks, that there is one and doesn't insert an additional table-closer.
