Hi,

1/Does the loader of the cd sequential is more speed than a tape and a floppy?
2/How to make my own cd sequential?
3/Where found technical information about cd sequential?

thx

As far as I know:

(1) It is faster than a tape (1,200 - 2,400 bauds for standard loaders) but it is way slower than a disk. I would say it is something like 4,000 bauds. Take into account that it is using the cassette interface and has the same limitations. The only advantage is that the CD itself has a greater audio definition and can handle higher loading speeds while containing error rates.

(2) Easy: disassemble the loader, analyse the code, copy the idea

(3) I am afraid you will not find that.

Anyway, I should say that WAVeR v3 beats sequential CD by far. So does microwaver, AFAIK.

If you want to have a look at some WAVeR v3 examples, do not hesitate to contact me. Check my contact details in my profile

Regarding the format of the sequential CD, just in case I have made my point clear enough, it is just an common audio CD with the games saved on it. It works like a "normal" tape but has a custom loader.
