My language teacher told me not to trust on google when it comes to spelling...
If it's not there, it doesn't exist. If it is, it exists, but doesn't need to be the right one. No matter the quantity.

For me, the release of "manbow 2" is one of the biggest msx news this year. I'm really looking forward to it!!
Can anyone name the upcoming price yet?? The manual and box look very good. Hopefully the original game' s designers in konami will somehow also get to know this piece of art which is inspired by one of their creations.

(Dutch translation of the title is quite funny: Ruimtemaanvis 2! Oh nee, Maanvis 2.)

...The finnish translation of "Manbow 2" is also funny -> "Möhkäkala 2"

"Möhkä" resembles the finnish word "Möhkäle" which means "Lump" in english.
So, a kind of direct translation of "Möhkäkala 2" into english would be "Lumpfish 2" ....Just weird.
Space manbow would be in finnish "avaruus möhkäkala"

And I won't even mention how "Möhkäkala" sounds in Russian... I'd better not translate the title at all.

A bigger MSX logos on the box would have been nicer (imho now they are a bit small in relation to the size of the box).

Well, personally, I very much like the box and the game (for what I've seen so far)
And yes, copyrights.. well the whole game is a clone of the original, so the box might as well be. As long as it isn't commercially sold, I don't see the problem.

I congratulate the SM2 team for this achievement, it's impressive! So, come on an release the monster!

I agree.

The best spelling for "user's guide" is 'Manual' or 'Instructions'

Why is everybody nitpicking and fooling around about originality and stuff like that?

Guys, here's just a little reminder: A new MSX game will be available very soon!

If you like this NEW MSX product > buy it, if you don't > forget about it!

First a lot of people out there are complaining there is no new software for our beloving MSX computer but when someone stands up, creates a game then he's kicked in the back for his 'Not so original game'.

Fuck that! I would say: Be f**cking happy there are still people who spend a lot of time and money to realise an project like this. (and believe me I know how much work is involved in this project )

Space Manbow 2 crew: Keep up the good work and do what's in your hearts! Peace...

Mafcase, no one is negative about the game. Not at all. Posting artwork on a forum of course causes reactions. And they're all with a positive vibe. With your utterly cliche remarks, you're the one who makes things sound negative now.

> .. this new game borrows popularity from the original one ..
> .. The game gets attention not because of it's own coolness, but mostly because of positioning itself as a sequel ..

Uhm... Maybe you guys have another definition of 'bad' and 'negative' then me...

back to topic:
