Has anyone upgraded his HB-500 to at least 128Kb?, is there anywhere a guide to do it?.

I've been looking for the RAM ICs in its mainboard; but I'm not totally sure. The only ones I can figure as RAM are some D41254C; but I'm not able to find its datasheet

I've found some more RAM ICs (MB81464-12); but they must be the VRAM as the four chips complete the 128Kb needed. The main RAM must be the above D41254C, anyone has more info about that?
