Your main bottleneck seems to be searching the web for a disk dumping tool, but I don't think it would take you that long, as it is addressed on many places on MRC and also in the FAQ...

Yes, maybe I should find such a program. -sigh- Could be usefull for many things I suppose.

Dah, lazy git! Here ya go for a windows tool. Or, if you're more into Unix:
cat /dev/fd0 > diskimage.dsk
or
dd if=/dev/fd0 of=diskimage.dsk
