Hello

I have around 80 pieces of them.

Some is Sharp, some Nec and some Texas (i think)


Some are -10 some -12.

Any use of them?

No its 41256-10 and 41256-12
actually i also have 21256-10.

All of them works in Amstrad PCW for ram extention from 256->512.

I tested all the chips back in 2001

All MSX systems I've seen use 4-bit word memory (4464, 44256 etc.).

I've got some mb81c4256a-70p here. Can i use these to upgrade a 8250?
Or only for 2+ ?

Yes. I hope it's DIP-20 type. Other types might be too much trouble to solder.
