Don't understand anything on that webpage, but find the picture interesting. Someone has connected an FM PAC cart to PSP using a separate cartridge connector. Perhaps to be able to get FM sound on MSX emulated games, but it shouldn't be too hard to emulate FM sounds on something like PSP?

It's either a hoax, or someone just made MSX Game Reader support for an MSX emulator that runs on PSP.

The article mentions that he connected an MSX Game Reader via USB to his PSP (they have a USB connector) and 'the emulator' recognised it. I don't know which emulator he's talking about tho. (see also this linky with a movie)
