Now i finaly found time, to check the connector on mainboard
No IC Fault (Thanks GOD). So the problem is only the Keyboard-Film
I bough a Used Keyboard from BAS but it seems to be broken too

EG. G key is not working, when i shortcut the connector i get a G on the screen, so it must be bad film

Those films can't be bough from new now I already asked IKEDA (or what ever his name is). Out of stock now.

I am wondering if its possible to make/repair the film in some way....

It is not necessarily broken, it might just be dirty.
