You could adquire soon the Padial MMC Reader (possible in January 2008) .. it's really incredible piece of Hardware + Software compatible with MSX1, 2, 2+ and TurboR .. you can work and launch MSX-DOS with FAT16 in a MSX1, emulate DSK and a lot of incredible features. I have seen in action during this last weekend (in a Spain MSX RU) and is very impressive.

Is still not published the product in the web but you will be notice surely with a MRC new.

I hope the distribution will be better than the other products of Padial!
Let's wait.

I think MegaSD will be ready soon, probably the first quarter of 2008, but I can't tell it for sure. The hardware was finished more than two years ago, and now Tsujikawa is coding some tools:
- EVA player: You can watch you favorite videos from an SD card
- SDFORM: To format your cards from MSX and set the size and number of sectors.
- SDDISK: To set a 720k disk image as ESE-ROM disk (similar to the SRAM drive of MegaSCSI but in ROM )
- ESET: To assign a disk drive letter to each SD/MMC slot
- HDSAVE/HDLOAD/HDCOPY: To move all your data from MegaSCSI to MegaSD
- SDINFO: Shows all infomation you can get from the card (manufacturer, transfer speed, capacity, card identification register, card specific data...)
- EP: The famous MegaSCSI tool to run disk images
- OPF: MegaFlashROM tool ported to MegaSD interface. It allows to run ROM images in the cartridge.

Basically it is the same SD/MMC reader included in the 1chipMSX but on cartridge with the same size of MegaSCSI.
