In general there is not such a limitation on hardware side. I use a 16GB CF card (formatted in FAT32) on my MSX without any problems.



I'm using fat16 in my OCM, i'm waiting for megascsi driver for can use fat32 on symbos

My OCMs arrived some time ago, and so I should be able to debug the driver now But as far as I understood the OCM "only" supports the old 23 bit SD card addressing, so we have a limit of 4GB here (how terrible )
