Well, let's just nominate ourselves:

Fony DemoDisk 1 - First demo with real controlable 3D & First demo with own written SCC Music
Fony DemoDisk 2 - For the best humor ever

And:

Impaccen & Wegwezen: Because of the music

I guess that these shouldn't be missing, in chronological order:

Slayer (Sigma) - just because there should be a Sigma demo in here and the other ones were worse...
FAC Demo IV (FAC) - because of its impact and the FAC Power Tower
Fony Demo Disk 1 (Fony) - first demo with self-made SCC music and quite funny in any case

Edit: looks like tfh beat me to one, unless self-nominations aer not allowed.

I'll blatantly nominate ourselves too then:

The Last Dimension - Compjoetania

the rest that pop into my head are pretty much already mentioned

At least "aatnos", "alankomaat" & "atselous" are made by lieves!tuore, IIRC.
Was it that "merituulen karaisemat" & "vesikauhu" were coded by bandwagon..?

I'm really not sure.

All of those demos are finnish anyway.

yeah that's why I threw em on one big heap
it would be the same as saying that impact and FAC were the same people.
(secretly this is true- more about that later)

Mega Demo IV - The party mix (Delta Soft). Reason : I made it myself and consider it the best demo I made.
FAC Demo IV - FAC. Reason : I was overwelmed when I heard what those guys could do with the philips music module. It's was unheard of in those days and I guess the paved the way for many music demos afterwards. The sample techniques where used in our mega demos aswell.
13 in een dozijn - Surrec. Reason : I really loved the music Qix made for moonsound. I was very proud when he joined up with us for making music for Thunderbirds Are Go and Findit.

Hah, the always underestimated mega demo Calculus by Compjoetania TNG!
Has some unique features, like GFX9000 support, random autoplay, gross spelling errors (hi turbor!) and just some more quite brilliant effects.

Well, don't keep the audience guessing. I never knew I had been part of the FAC.

Let's see, some other nominations that aren't mentioned yet...

Impact: Impaccable
Station: Dawn of time (great soundcheck )
Station: Decalogue (very nice vector stuff in there)
FAC: FAC demo 3 (first 'real' music module demo although it only uses samples?)
Airborne(?):No limits (nothing special but I kinda liked the music back then)
FCS: Synsation
DVIK & joyrex: MSX Unleashed (the best MSX1 demo ever!)

And talking about demo pieces, I just wanted to mention the (AFAIK) only
MSX2 realtime texturemapping routines again

( Sorry, couldn't resist the opportunity )

And I for sure didn't know I've been a member of Impact! Makes me wonder on what kind of drugs I was on in that time...

MSX20th Anniversary demo by Abyss. For being [in my opinion] the last real modern retro demo [as in, a demo released in 2003 but with a real 90s feel].

Decalogue (Station) - because it was quite a breakthrough at the time
E3D Evulution (Marco Rossin) - because it is highly underestimated
FAC Demo 5 - sorry, I just thought it rocked ^_^
Math Magicians (Fuzzy Logic) - Hi Ro!
Utopia (Dvik/Joyrex) - is this MSX1?
