About Carmen SanDiego games, they first appeared in the ancient times of PC/AT computers, with CGA and 5.25" floppy disks. They were so boring that I have never played them again. Perhaps the concept that they are using nowadays is better...
Kind regards,
Ed Robsy
P.S: Is there any PIPE MANIA game for the MSX? I know GORBY'S PIPE, but IMHO is not half as good as Tetris or Pipe Mania (Pipe Dream for GameBoy).

Ah! I nearly forget: what about a RAMPART version for MSX? It is a really fun game, and so addictive in 2 players game. The best version that I have ever player was the NES one. It was much better that Megadrive or SNES versions.
Any other idea? It's time to port!

How DARE you not mention Quarth!?! It is *the* ultimate action puzzle game for MSX! (in my humble opinion... ).
But heh, I still remember KLAX. I was thrilled when I discovered that we had the very same game they played on TV in B.O.O.S. (I think, with the late Bart 'Boos' de Graaff). I played it a lot, and now I'm looking back at it, it really was a fun game. Heh, who votes for a 3D PS2 version?? Or at least an MSX2 version? Nah, it's all about playability, and that it definately didn't lack, and the graphics in the MSX1 version were quite ok already anyways.

I remember that progam very well I did not have Klax at that time and really wanted it, but couldn't find it anywhere
As for Klax for PS2... Just look for a MSX emulator that works on you PS2 and burn it on a cd along with Klax for msx |

Also a lot of nice original puzzle/agility games were published in the japanese MSX FAN magazine. There's a whole lot of games available already |

I dont know about the CGA version, but the VGA one, which I played on 486s at the time, I just loved, and it was what motivated me to do it for MSX
I also did Atomix for MSX, another *very* nice puzzle game; and Breakfree, my first Pascal game on MSX
I'm also making "bejeweled/diamond mines" (no site for now) - just need to make the music for this one to be finished...
Ricardo Bittencourt made Tetrinet (multiplayer tetris... only two players on same computer in MSX), very nice also.
One I liked a lot was Quinpl (is that a puzzle game?) and Eggerland Mystery series. Also loved Akanbe Dragon, but according to generation-MSX it's an action game?!
PS: would be cool if people included Gen-MSX links (or link to any screenshot/website) to the games they speak about |

Nowadays both openMsx and blueMsx support T2SE dongle emulation
BTW what would you think if I say puzzle/ability + E3D?
