Well...after more then 10 year without an MSX i'm back....just bought me a 2nd hand nms8250 at the Queensday Fleemarket....

My first MSX was a Sanyo MPC100, which I got in 1986 (I think)...I made many programs on it...one nearly won a price at the MCM 'program a fire' competition on ended up on a pd disk with a game called sqeeze...my game was called 'JOYRIDER' and was 100% in Basic...it used the 'print' command to scroll the screen and was a 'flipped' version of konami's roadfighter.

Allmost anything I ever did on the MSX wa sdestrooyed when I got my Amiga500 in 90...the floppies were used on the amiga, the mpc got destroyed by a bottle of cola and most hardware got lost...(now I finally realise how stupid I was....soooo stupid)....but at least I finally have a real msx 2, a machine that was way to expensive when i was 10,11 years old and that I finally own now.....

It's good to see so many MSX enthousiasts still using this machine..
