The connector used is a DB9, the same that old CGA, that makes me think that it is made to connect old CGA cards (and some old arcade boards and computers).

Where do you see a DB9? They say "Input RGB Connectors: D-sub 15-pin VGA female x 1"

Anyway this units looks very interesting, if it can do what the specs says with a decent quality it could be a rival to more costly solutions (I'm thinking mainly about the Dempa/Micomsoft's XRGB converters).
If someone is buying one please post a comment on performance/quality.

You are right!
Connector is DB-15, so maybe it is VGA compatible? I do not think so ...

Well, I try the 2 scandoubler, and do not make a good syncro, that is normal why i was wrong, MSX RGB output is NOT sync on green, MSX sync on CVBS ( video composite )
I will try to extract the sync and add to green

Why do you need SOG since (afaik) all the upscan converters, that accept RGB, work with either separate sync or CVBS?
What scandoubler are you using?
