What do you think of the actual state of the Software Houses?
Square Enix to aquire Taito
Some great companies were merging. This could mean that old licensed games could became available again.

Don't think so. Taito still exists as a company so their copyrights remain intact. So no Bubble Bobble 2 for MSX

Even if those companies are merging, the copyrights will still be owned by the new company.

I doubt the legality of the TecToy MS3... If the producer obtained a license to include all these games (and possibly hardware components?), then it's legal to sell it. But it's a Brazilian company, so I doubt it... Then again, I know nothing about Brazilian copyright laws...
