If you mean a standard CF/SD to IDE adapter, there're a lot on eBay that can be purchased from Chinese sellers for a few euros  |

They're standard adapters, nothing related to MSX or PC.

I am working on a pcb of sharksyms sd adapter. If you are interested in one let me know.
Already ordered some small test prints and when these work I will order the V1.0 SD card reader.
