Checking FAT thing, its funny it can only see "23MB" instead "32MB".

FAT12: 32MB (max supported)
FAT16: 2GB (4GB with 64KB clusters)
FAT32: 2TB (8TB with 32KB clusters and 16TB with 64KB clusters)
