I don't miss MSX. Still have it And I don't miss anything else from the 80s. It was an utter shit decade.

Ok ok, there was music from The Smiths, The Stone Roses, The Jam. Even The Clash.........And probably snout will kick my ass with bands as Hüsker Du, Afghan Wigs and other pre grunge rubbish .........But uhm........The 80s sucked.

No (post-war ofcourse) decade sucked more than the '90's.
Generally shit music, crap movies, ugly fashion...
Not to forget, the death of true video gaming... and the 'death' of MSX.
On top of that, the world lost just a little bit more of its innocence and this planet got a little bit more crappy... "Huilen met de pet op". Srsly.

Oh, and by the way, this decade f***ing sucked as well.

beaaautiful 80's series like tros actua, de heilige koe, weg van de snelweg
it's nice that you can see the style of the 70's in the 80's period. The tight shirts
for instance, if you look at 80's movies you see quite a bit of that 70's design.
Maybe everyone defines the 80's as depressing because y'all had to go to school

Music undoubtely; but I'm more into the last years of the 70s. In fact 1980 was the end of the analog synth era...:-P

Exactly. The 70s were awesome. Krautrock from bands as Neu!, Kraftwerk & Can is great! It indeed all changed in the 80s when we had to start listening to fucking Synthesizer Greatest...

regarding synthesizer greatest, I read the original idea was to have all the originals, but 2 artists wouldn't
want to be on one and the same album so they decided to cover the whole thing.

I do not have much memories of that time , some memories of playing arcade games like Xevious (very good conversion for MSX2) and Yie Ar Kung Fu (decent conversion for ZX Spectrum) ... And some "almost insane" desires to conquer to world (TV influence) and taking REVENGE using 'PSYCHIC' powers and winning the lottery... After twenty years most of those things seems to be a little silly.

To bad that at THAT time I didn't had the ports of those games, only into the past years (this decade!) that I found them to get ....

It could be my virginity !!!

Yep, there are lots of musical gems after 80s, but they are recorded by Rock-A-Billy bands.... Otherwise, time after 80s sucks badly, idolizing violence, bad behaviour and everything....................

On September 7 The Television Channel Globo started the reprises of the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon series ...

Also there was a lot of *real* Tornados on September 7 !!!
