GDX Colecovision conversions bugfixes

Back in 2011 and also last year, MSX user GDX released a lot of conversions of Colecovision games for the MSX. After he fixed a bug in several MSX games and demos that could be dangerous to the PSG in some MSX1 computers, he applied the same fix to his Colecovision conversions. Not only that, he also did some other optimizations. The fixed versions can be downloaded from MSX blue. In total these 17 games were fixed:
