MadriSX 25th anniversary event - List of activities

As we reported earlier, the AUIC (Asociación de Usuarios de Informática Clásica), in cooperation with MSX Association, is going to organize an MSX event in Madrid on June 28th, just one day after the 25th MSX anniversary. This is the list of activities for the MadriSX 25th anniversary event:  

 

Main hall:

• Interactive zone: loads of MSX computers ready to use
• Museum zone: detailed exhibition of the most relevant MSX computers, accessories and curiosities
• MSX Association: the owners of the MSX trademark will unveil their latest plans

Activities:

• Contests: Puyo Puyo and additional surprises
• Flea market: MSX stuff at very interesting prices
• AUIC: one of the organizers, they will show us their activities, join them!
• MSX-Dev: Karoshi and Z80-ST will explain us how to take full advantage of our MSX computers
• Workshops of emulation by DC Iberia and preservation

Lectures:

• MSX 25th anniversary: History of the MSX standard
• 15:00 - 17:00: Official lunch to celebrate the MSX 25th anniversary at a Viguese (from Vigo) seafood restaurant or other restaurant

The MadriSX 25th anniversary location is the cultural centre "El Greco", near to the Batan metro station in Madrid, from 10:30 until 18:00 with free admittance.
