Two weeks ago we already announced that the legendary André Ligthart (the AN of ANMA) was to become the main juror of the MRC Bounce Challenge. As of today we are proud to present the second main juror: Martijn Maatjens (the MA of ANMA, also known as Knightram). Together they consistantly amazed the (Dutch) MSX Community of the early nineties by releasing high-quality games and demo's at a rate still unparallelled to date. If you're not familiar with the ANMA creations yet, we recommend you to download both ANMA's Amusements Disk and Relax and have a good look at all demo's. Especially the bouncy bouncy part of the Source of Power megademo (published on ANMA's Amusements Disk) should be a great source of inspiration.
These two genuine masters of bounce will decide which of the entries to the Bounce challenge are going to win the prizes we'll announce on our frontpage soon. Apart from that, the MRC admin team will randomly select one or two entries that will win a prize as well. So, by joining alone you can win a cool prize! All you have to do is create an MSX demo or game which captures the theme 'bounce' and send it to bounce@msx.org. As we speak, we have already received four entries. Will yours be the next one? The Bounce Challenge closes at October 11th, 23:59 CET.
Of course many people are wondering when the results of the Under Water Challenge are going to be announced. Due to several circumstances, Frank H. Druijff could not send us his final results and comments as of yet. We apologize for the delay and hope to be able to publish them relatively soon. We appreciate your patience and hope you can hold on just a little bit longer.
