MRC Bounce Challenge - Update | MSX Resource Center

On July 18th 2004 we started the third MSX Resource Center development contest: the MRC Bounce Challenge. Once again, many active MSX developers (novice and experienced) showed their skills by creating nice bouncy demos or games. A grand total of 15 entries were submitted, all of which are worth watching. You can download them all from our Downloads database right here.

The legendary Dutch demo/game-development team ANMA, who created their share of bouncy demos in the past, are the jurors of this challenge. We can now reveal the judging will take place on November 27th 2004. On that day André Ligthart and Martijn Maatjens will make the top 15 and thus divide several cool prizes among the winners. We will publish the results of this challenge soon afterwards.

The next 11 days are going to be particularly exciting for people who created Bounce Challege entries . To make things even more exciting: Sphere and TNI's bounce both got a penalty of one point due to missing the deadline... any guesses on which entry is actually going to win?

Btw, there should be two classements : the jury classement and the populair classement ! POWER TO THE PEOPLE !

hm.. interesting point.. however:

I think the jury (MRC and guests) are more or less 'like us' .. as in: 'not very different'. Meaning that your and my thoughts are prolly also their thoughts. It's not like Idols orso where the jury is a bunch o' record-company & marketing ppl while the mass-crowd are stupid cows voting for big boobs

(or do the marketing ppl also vote for boobs? hmm...)
