Kojima not to be working on another Snatcher game

Earlier this week Kojima announced Sdatcher, a Snatcher-inspired radio drama for Hideradio's 300th podcast, making the return of Snatcher more hopeful. However, in a recent interview Kojima said he'd love to do something like Snatcher, the 1988 Konami MSX2 game, but that he lacks the time and means to do so.
There's at least still some hope left though, as he seems open to other developers to 'snatch' the opportunity to bring back that cyberpunk world some of us loved so much.

Would you rather have a Kojima Snatcher in 10 years, or a Kojima-supported (or supervised?) 3rd party Snatcher in 3-5?

i think it would be possible to make a good snatcher game! but hey no small project!
if this is realy a hint of kojima to remake snatcher without konami lawsuits i'm in Wink
if i could remake it it would be a nice 18+ game with a good taste of horror.....(Blood,limbs,gore,the snatcher building facility....)
For the engine i would choose the Unreal engine or the Source engine!!
to bad its so dam hard to find a good team to work with...

Kojima-made or not, as long as it's approved by him (and Konami Tongue), I'd love to play a new Snatcher game, even if it would be a remake. Personally I'd like a 3D remake that takes elements from both Snatcher and SD Snatcher to make a new experience, like an action-RPG with non-SD graphics (perhaps with SD graphics being an unlockable extra once you beat the game once Tongue).

is that snatcher image for fun or does he hide something?
look in the left side!!!! ive seen the video and yess its the snatcher logo !!!!!
in my sequel that is not on paper yet the story should be a sequel !!! i dont want to go on the same road!!! or maybe you play gibson ;) before the SD&Snatcher story line... but to be honest it would be better to do a sequel!!!! with this the base story line would not be destroyed ;).... the sequel all starts with a special BIO-electronic substance that skins humans from the inside out..... an keeps the human skin perfectly i touch..... ofcourse i will pimp up all electronics like CRT's into flat panels :)
to hint back to snatcher and SD you will see that the arms dealer is now a grandpa so now you will do buisness with that little guy thats so dam small with the red baseball cap and the style should be cyberpunk like blade runner!!!!
but its hard to fantasize up such good story.... i would love to bring some flashbacks of the Romance of gilian seed and his blond wife.....
