Xevious gets a remake in Playstation Home (PS3). This game was once released for MSX2 by Namco, in 1988.

No, i think the game is HOME compatible, you can start the game from HOME.

Yup, I doubted about it as well when submitting the post, but all related posts I could find mention Playstation Home. So I guess you can play games like Xevious in this virtual world. Perhaps PS-Home is worth giving a try, I personally never got further than making a simple profile thingamabob ^_^
