On the Bazix website you can read an announcement in which the discontinuity of the partnership has been made public. As stated in the announcement, Bazix was erected in July 2004 in order to carry a trade and localization enterprise. The main reason for the partners to erect Bazix was to pull the developments concerning the re-commercialisation of the MSX computer system, commonly known as the 'MSX Revival', over the Japanese borders.
The main reason to dissolve the partnership is the fact that after the discontinuation of WOOMB and the inability to officially import the One Chip MSX from Japan, Bazix' partners started to focus on other things and the partnership's activities gradually declined.
On a positive note, Bazix' partners continue their activities in a private form and the English game translations developed for WOOMB will be made available in the future again, at the English version of Project EGG and perhaps also in another form.
