If this is all the msx scene is about, I doubt there will be any MSX REVIVAL .... it just shows that you people don´t have any real goals in life !

That is really disgusting ..........

Like I said in the forums as well, just because one MSX user steals a car, doesn't mean every MSX user steals cars. Why do you think differently about the MSX Community in this situation? Browse our news archives, check our photoshoots, use your brain... "If this is what the MSX scene is all about". Come on, man! It's probably the first C64 smacked on an MSX fair in 10 years. And it was probably already broken before these guys started smacking it. Don't get me wrong, like most visitors in Oss I was a bit annoyed by the Commodore bashing as well, but you reflect it on the entire MSX community (and) as if it was a matter of life and death. Just don't let it get to you is my advice.

Although I have to agree just posting C64 destruction screenshots all over the place is kinda childish. It certainly wasn't the most interesting thing to see on the fair!

Was that all you did at the Oss fair, destroy the C=64?
I agree the postings on the C= Forums about how lame it is, the people have a bad thinking about the MSX people who are left now :S
There was much more on the MSX fair.

Some people were annoyed? Sorry, but I did not hear any complaints about the 'destructive behaviour', the only negative comment I heard was from the organization, reminding everyone they'd better clean up or there'd be trouble.

Also, C=64 users are pissed because of the destruction of that machine?

They should be proud!
If anyone had thought of timing the event, you'd be surprised how long the poor thing survived the relentless bashing. If the same would be done to a MSX, it would be destroyed within mere seconds!

I hope those C=64 users never see those FAC demos, or there will really be trouble!

By the way, I only did my 'duty' as a reporter - making a report of things that were happening. And because that incident happend a mere couple of feet from where I had my small bit of equipment set up, I could hardly ignore it.

The problem with the world today is that some people just cannot take a joke Wink

I understand there are fanatic C=64 useres out there who are outraged, but as I mentioned on my site: Why don't you bash up a MSX and make a photoshoot of that? We could have a competition:

'Which is the toughest computer system of all?'

I am sure the C=64 gets a LOT of points in that one Wink

Just saying I don't care if there are C=64 (or ATARI, Spectrum, whatever) users out there who want to destroy a MSX (or any other system) because they need to release their anger. That would be a better idea than just bashing each others' heads in like it happens in the REAL WORLD everyday.

Sorry to be preaching, but I just felt I needed to say some words about this.

Well, as long as it is not a rare one! Because then I will come for your heads! ;p.
