Castle Excellent speedrun

22 years after its initial release by ASCII, a brave knight entered the huge maze of puzzles we all know as Castle Excellent and managed to rescue the princess (yes, there is a princess to be rescued in this game!) within an hour. The amazingly courageous rescue is now available in 5 parts (each taking a bit more than 10 minutes) on Youtube. If you ever got stuck in one of the many screens of this great game (and hey, who didn't?) these videos are likely to make your jaws drop. Well worth the watch.

Thanks admin for posting my news.

The game was finished in approximately 50 minutes with skips and tricks (the best shortcut to the princess) ever !!
There is no glitch or cheat (within the game rules)
It's worth watching and it is not boring.
I may say : " I got you this time ASCII", because you never expected that any player could have thought of it.
I love this game and I am sure you share the same feeling.
Ahhh, I feel NOSTALGIC.
