Cold Blood Demo

As of today, you can play a demo version of Paxanga's Cold Blood, the first level is fully playable. It's basically a Pac Man clone with some elements from Konami's Metal Gear in it. If you enjoy the game enough to buy it, you can order the cartridge from the MSX Cartridge Shop.

Look at it this way:
- €3 to thank him for Parachuteless Joe
- €3 to thank him for Cow Abductors
- €10 + a note saying "spend it when Tam Tam Twins is done"
- €2 for Cold Blood cart + shipping

btw MsxKun how much of that €18 do you actually get?

Hap the 18 euro is without shipping costs. But it's still a bargain. So that shouldn't make people complain about priceing.
It's a really nice game.
The only low might be the dificult level, but it's probably that my skills aren't what they used to be.

As a Dutch person I can say it's worth every euro. Dutch persons are known to want everything as cheap as possible.

I made the art cover totally free because Paxanga it's my friend and I don't want to win money with msx. With sales of this cartridge another RU of Barcelona will be free for the visitors.

I'm not on youtube so I put the comments here. Fixato The controle issue is probably because it behaves realistically like Blade Lords. There is a Slight delay in moving response. When your running on full speed you suddenly can not walk on full speed in the oposite direction. This makes things more dificult,because you have to look even further ahead.

Looking at you makes me think that my skills aren't that bad.Running Naked in a Field of Flowers

Ohh and on the speed the one in the youtube video from MSX Kun is what I would call the real speed. Based on my experience. Bad encoding can make things look much slower or faster

Hmm.. it indeed didn't run that smoothly/fast I think under openMSX; I'll give it another test tomorrow.

Hmm might be a nice idea if 50 hz makes it slower. Because it's a blast that if you loose at the last level that you have to also the level befor.
And no killer options. It's hard so slowing down with 50 hz might make it more playable. :-)

What an extremely original Pacman clone! Is this only available on cart, or can we order it as a .rom or something too? I do have a real MSX around somwhere, but for convenience I only use emu's nowadays... (a shame, isn't it?)
