As you already could have read on our active MSX Forum yesterday, Kralizec have released a free tetris game for MSX1. The game was demonstrared during the last MSX meeting in Barcelona and can dowbe downloaded in ROM format from the Kralizec website.

It is not Columns or Puyo Puyo, nonetheless it is cool!
Is Tetris based upon a concept of a ancient game?
There are some texts about Tetris and other Puzzles ...

Tetris was created by Alexey Pajitnov 1985. You can of course read more on the internet, for example

only a rom version for download ?

that's convenient for emulators, but isn't that less handy to use on a real msx?
just wondering....

A 32KB ROM is easy to load on a normal MSX (with 64KB RAM of course).

I like these formats as long as I can load these games from my MegaFlash or directly with ROM2COM or similar tool (RIMA, LOADROM, MEGAMU, TRLOAD, ...). But as it is not a megarom it is not that difficult Smile
