Once again, MSX fan Hydragon spent some time on MSX gaming, and creating a video out of it. This time it's the 1988 game Penguin Kun Wars 2 by ASCII, a good candidate of being the most frustrating MSX game ever. The moment you think you won, your opponent rises up again and throws that last ball to you. If you see a badly damaged MSX on eBay, remember this game! Watching the video is probably less destructive.

Quarth used to be a real keyboard slammer as well... Especially when dying all the time when the last golden shape was in sight while dying... This has cost me at least one keyboard...

Strange enough I never got to finish it in the 90s, but when I played it again for the first time just recently, I finished it in one go oO

I like this game. It is a nostalgic game as well - the last one I bought for my MSX. Finishing it on a snowy day in 1990/1991 and seeing the end titles closed the age of MSX as a living and commercial system for me.

I can't imagine why people find it frustrating, the gameplay is great!
